Terms of Use

By using RepReview you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.

Lifting is your risk

RepReview measures what a camera can see and gives you and your coach information. It is not medical advice, not physiotherapy, and not a promise that you won't get injured. Depth calls, speed and effort estimates are approximations and can be wrong, especially from a poor camera angle — they're for comparing your own reps and sets, not for certifying a competition lift. You decide what you lift. Get cleared by a doctor before starting a training programme, and stop if something hurts.

Your account

• Give us a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• You must be 13 or older; under-18s need a parent or guardian's permission.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Coaches use a coach account rather than sharing an athlete's.

Coaches and athletes

• Coaches on RepReview are independent. They aren't employed by us and we don't supervise their coaching. Any coaching agreement, and any payment for coaching, is between the coach and the athlete.
• Joining a coach's team lets them see your training, filmed sets and your messages with them. Leave the team and that access stops.
• Coaches: treat athletes' training and videos as private. Don't share them without permission, and follow your school's or gym's rules for minors.

Your content

Your videos and training data stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can work — analysing your sets, showing them to your coach, keeping your history. We won't use your videos in marketing unless you say yes in writing first.

Fair use

Don't upload anything illegal, film people without their permission, harass anyone, break into the service, scrape it, or resell it. We can suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

• The beta is free. Some features will need a subscription later; the price and what's included are always shown before you pay, with no fees added afterwards.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep access until the period you've paid for ends.
• Bought through the App Store? Apple handles billing, cancellation and refunds under their rules.
• We can change prices, with notice before your next renewal. See the refund policy.

Beta software

RepReview is in beta. Things will break, features will change, and data could be lost. Don't rely on it as your only record of your training.

Limits

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for injuries, lost data, lost earnings or anything that follows from your training decisions, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have by law.

Ending it

You can stop using RepReview and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

The rest

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where RepReview is based, and disputes go to the courts there. If part of these terms doesn't hold up, the rest still stands. We'll post changes here and tell you if they matter.
