RepReview
iPhone · beta · for coaches, teams & lifters

Coaching thatsees every rep.

Your athlete props up a phone and films the set. You grade it rep by rep — depth, form, effort — and send feedback that lands on the exact rep. Programming, check-ins and their whole training history live in one app. No sensors, no wearables, no rig.

01 — Today

Open the app, the day is there

Whatever the coach wrote for today. Start the session, answer the readiness check, work down the list in any order — and the sets the coach wants on video are already marked, so nobody has to remember which ones to film.

02 — Filming

Hit record on that set

No bar sensor, no wearable, no rig. The set is filmed inside the app — prop the phone, tap record, and lift. When the bar is racked the clip goes straight to your coach, attached to that exact set.

03 — The grade

Every rep gets a call

Your coach scrubs the clip — the dots on the bar are the reps — and calls each one good or no-lift, the way a judge would. A no-lift picks up a reason: depth, downward motion, a missed command, rack control. Plus how hard the set really looked.

04 — Feedback

Back in minutes, on the rep

The grade lands in the thread with a note tied to the exact rep — "depth was there until the fourth, cut it a touch high when it got heavy." No scrubbing a camera roll, no separate app. The athlete sees it the next time they open their phone.

05 — Check-in

How training actually felt

Sleep, soreness, motivation, stress — a few taps before or after a session — plus any questions the coach added for this athlete. It's how the numbers get context: a rough week shows up here before it shows up in the lifts.

06 — Data

Training that adds up

Sessions against plan, PRs, how often effort landed on target, volume moving up or down — built from the sets already being logged. "Worth a look" surfaces what a coach would notice anyway: a lift with no PR in weeks, a bench running hot.

07 — Feed

A team that trains out loud

Opt-in posts when someone finishes a session — the day's lifts, volume, time — with Respect instead of likes. It's the part that keeps a remote roster feeling like a team, not a spreadsheet. Off unless you turn it on.

08 — The dashboard

Your whole roster, your columns

One screen for the team, and you pick what it shows — consistency, skips, last session, volume, missed lifts, your own adherence questions. Flags sort the athletes worth opening first, and the filmed sets queue up worst-first.

09 — The roster

Who needs you today

Who trained, who's flagged, who's waiting on a check-in. Red edges mark the athletes to open first, and a new signing arrives with their sport, experience and training days already filled in — ready to program for on day one.

More than one coach

A school team and a private coach, at once

Athletes don't live in one system. A high-school lifter can have a strength coach at school, a private coach online, and their own training on the side — all in one history, with each coach seeing their own work.

School / team coach
  • Programs the team's week
  • Sees their own sessions and the sets filmed for them
  • Runs several squads under one athletic-director account
The athlete
  • One training history, whoever wrote the session
  • Every PR, filmed set and check-in in one place
  • Leaves a team and that coach's access stops
Private coach
  • Programs around the team's week
  • Sees their own sessions plus the athlete's overall numbers
  • Charges directly — RepReview isn't in the middle
Why we're different

One app instead of five

Remote coaching usually runs on a spreadsheet, a chat thread, a camera roll and a lot of scrubbing through video. That's why reviewing a roster takes all evening — and why half of what happened in the gym never reaches the coach at all.

Today
  • A programming spreadsheet nobody updates
  • Videos scattered across texts and DMs
  • Scrubbing frame by frame to judge depth
  • Depth and form called from memory, if at all
  • No idea who skipped sets until they tell you
With RepReview
  • Programming, video, check-ins and messages in one place
  • Every filmed set lands in one queue, ready to grade
  • Grade depth and form rep by rep — the call saved on the clip
  • Skipped sets and stalled lifts surface on their own
  • A roster's week reviewed in minutes, from your phone

Grow the business

Take on more athletes without more hours, and keep the ones you have: progress you can show is easier to renew than a feeling.

Prove the coaching

Progress, adherence and PRs on a chart make the case for what you changed — to the athlete, their parents, or an athletic director.

You make the calls

No black-box score. You grade each rep, and the app keeps every call, clip and number in one place so nothing from the gym gets lost.
