Email [email protected] and a person replies, usually within two working days. Tell us your iPhone model, what you were doing and what happened.
Filming a set
- Stand the phone side-on to you, about hip height, three to four metres away.
- Keep your whole body and the bar in frame for the entire set, including the walk-out.
- Good light helps. So does nobody walking between you and the camera.
- If depth or reps look wrong, it's almost always the camera angle. Film square from the side.
My video didn't reach my coach
- Each filmed set shows its upload status underneath: Sending, Sent, or Couldn't send with the reason.
- On a weak connection it keeps trying and finishes when you're back on Wi-Fi. Leave the app open for a moment.
- Tap Retry on a failed upload. If it keeps failing, email us the reason it shows.
Accounts
- Confirmation email didn't arrive: check spam, then ask for a new one from the sign-in screen.
- Forgot your password: use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen.
- Delete your account and data: email [email protected] from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my data". Everything, videos included, goes within 30 days. You can ask for a copy first.
- Stop emails: every non-essential email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply and ask.
Coaching and billing
- Coaching features need a paid plan once the beta ends. Manage or cancel from Profile → Plans & Billing in the app.
- Coaches see the training and videos of athletes on their roster, and nobody else's.
- Questions about a charge, or a refund: see the refund policy, then email us with the date and amount.
Accessibility
The app supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labelling and reduced-motion settings, and this website can be used entirely from a keyboard. If something is hard to use with assistive technology, email us — we'll treat it as a bug, not a request.
What RepReview is not
It's a training tool, not medical advice. The measurements are guidance for you and your coach, not a diagnosis, and not a promise you won't get hurt. If something hurts, see a professional.
